Deep Bed Commercial Water Filters
FINAFLOW filters for commercial swimming pools and spas operating with warmer water and having a higher bathing load.
The SUPERFLOW filter for high use swimming pools, fish farms, industrial recirculation, drinking water systems etc.

DBF-FINAFLOW
The DBF range is suitable for commercial pools and spas which operate with warmer water and have a higher bathing load.
The deeper media bed ensures that finer dirt particles (and colloidal substances) are retained to a far greater level than in shallower bed depth filters.
Installation can be as a single unit or multiple to achieve the required filter surface area. Pipe work connections can be with either a 6 way multi-port valve or manifold face pipe work and valves.
The underdrain system is similar to the LSC filter range using candle type industrial collector tubes.
Media removal can be achieved by using the purpose designed lower outlet (sand dump port).
In its standard form the DBF-FINAFLOW is a very economic and efficient filter for high pollution applications.

DBK-SUPERFLOW
All DBK-SUPERFLOW filters can operate with either silica sand or sand/gravel mix. They are suitable for use in commercial applications such as spa pools, high use swimming pools, fish farming, industrial recirculation, drinking water systems etc.
The depth of media (1.2m) ensures that even the finest dirt particles are retained.
Media sight glasses (optional extra) are made of high quality toughened safety glass which will resist damage by erosion.
The top oval lid allows easy access to the internals while the large side access enables easy media removal, inspection and access to the filter nozzles.
The plate and nozzle system allows a uniform undisturbed flow through the media bed for filtering. The plate system also allows the use of air purging as part of backwash procedure, thus reducing the water required for backwashing.
